Longest I've held jobs was almost 5 years and that was in IT. I've got many klicks on the odometer too. I'm a hardcore libertarian but I do not consider anyone here a moocher especially if they have tried hard to get and keep a career ad/or have tried hard but failed and end up on disability. Hey, you got to survive somehow and I can't blame people for throwing in the towel after years and years of trying and/or when they hit upper middle age. I know how hard it is. In my case, office politics is my hardest hurdle and also sometimes being a team player. I work very well by myself but if someone watches me, I goof up.
