maybe tattletale tom stopped micromanaging me b/c he realized that i wasn't just going to up and quit my dumpsterfire "job" b/c he was bothering me too much.

maybe tattletale tom got bored of micromanaging me.

maybe tattletale tom got amnesia and completely forgot he was bothering me a lot.

maybe tattletale tom realized i was doing a better job than he realized.

tattletale tom never told me why he started bothering me in the first place.

January 2022, I asked human Resources to change my schedule to the current one, SuTuWFSa, 10am to 5pm.

That's to avoid tattle tale tom the most hours

Also because I have to take two long bus rides to get to work, I can't get there too early or leave too late

Tattle tale tom has been the only full time lot attendant the whole time I have been working there

Tattle tale tom is just a peer. Coworkers. He doesn't outrank me but sometimes he used to verbally push me around a lot in the parking lot.

He doesn't outrank me just because he:

Has sex with the boss
Heavier bigger stronger faster, more coordinated, more cronies
Any other reason

I should come up with something better to be obsessed with, not just tattle tale tom

He acts just like a typical neurotypical extrovert

Tattle tale tom is the one that has most significantly changed the way he has been treating me

Saw him in the locker room and neither one said anything

He said hi to plumbing associate RM though

I put on a belt and a cap in the locker room

yesterday @ 9am tattletale tom appeared to be sleeping in the breakroom. 11am heard him tell ASM aaron that he was sick and leaving early. tattletale tom did not interact with me yesterday.

Tuesday tattle tale tom didn't interact with me

Today the walkie talkie had the nerve to call me to propane and when I got there, tattle tale tom was at the self help propane and had the nerve to tell me to try the self help propane first. But that's just how he does it, he wasn't "teaching" me anything, even though he acts like he is so smart and wise and worldly

Then tattle tale tom had the nerve to tell me "move the cart out of the way".

Then queen Angela had the nerve to call Adam, tattle tale tom and me over the walkie talkie and I told her I was trying to load a customer. She told Adam and tattle tale tom to go to Receiving and get some new carts. Later tattle tale tom had the nerve to call me on the walkie talkie and tell me to come to Receiving but I was about to hit my fifth hour

Still not made redundant thus far

last week, tattletale tom said in the lockerroom that he got arthritis. he didn't say when (or if) he got an official diagnosis.

maybe his diagnosis was/is so drastic that he will quit work.

on the other hand, maybe he's not loading anything ever again, and he's not getting made redundant either, b/c he's having sex with the boss.

last week, head cashiers juan and alfredo asked if i could load 23 pieces of plywood and they said it was ok if i said no so i said no b/c it was above my head. then juan told tattletale tom to load it. later, tattletale tom had the nerve to telll me "(my name), plywood is not fifty pounds." (rolls eyes) (puke). two head cashiers outnumber one tattletale tom. it was not just tattletale tom versus me.

"pick your battles" is good advice, but some precious lil "people" pick ALL the battles.

tattletale tom hasn't had the nerve to micromanage me since november 2023, but he hasn't been morally responsible enough to apologize either. besides, there is nobody for me to tattle on him to, b/c he is having sex with the boss. a couple times, tattletale tom has tried to be friendly toward me. he has assisted me with loading calls a couple times, and a couple times he said "i got it" and completely took over. he said "hi, (my name") once in february and in march once he said "how are you?".

quite frankly, since he had the nerve to start telling me i wasn't doing enough work, i think he should've gotten made redundant. (rolls eyes). (microaggression). (it reminds me of how a career counselor told a client, "if your boss tells you you're fired, you're fired. if your coworker tells you you're fired, you are not fired. but that is just my opinion and i have to get back to work right now.)

another associate told another associate that if that associate were the boss, the other associate would've been made redundant.

if tattletale tom were the boss, he would've had the nerve to make my worthless corpse redundant a long time ago.

I don't understand why I have a crush on tattle tale tom

Tattle tale tom kind of reminds me of myself in that he works hard and gets stressed easily, but plenty of other lil boys fit that description so whatever

it's not just tattletale tom.

it seems to be that home depot is trying to come up with lame excuses to make servants redundant.

yesterday, supervisor alicia had the nerve to tell me she "wrote a note in the system" that i left garbage in a shopping cart, but it wasn't me and , it's on video tape.

but "at will" employer.

tattletale tom has not tried to get me made redundant since november 2023.

but paranoid other servants, customers, or any other idiot, will have the nerve to get me made redundant.

constantly horrified, terrified, scared, edgy, uptight, micromanaged, hateful

a couple customers had the nerve to demand that i get my boss. but they were isolated incidents, and i did not get made redundant. so whatever. it's weird - the customers acted so "holier than thou" and self righteous when they had the nerve to demand my boss, but then all of a sudden, all their emotion/drama/energy just kind of dissipated/disappeared/evaporated magically. because i was half expecting that those disgusting lil rodents would've been waiting for me outside of home depot in the parking lot so that they could physically injure me after work.

She's so self righteous, "holier than thou" and manipulative

but whatever. no matter what company i worked @, any coworker could be having sex with the boss, and "at will" employer.

it's not so much whether i have the "moral high road" or not, but there is no job that i could do, that any old monkey could not always do. i am constantly "replaceable".

so whatever.

one time, when i was walking around the building in front of the gym, tattletale tom had the nerve to follow me, and i didn't notice until i turned around and saw him.

neither one of us said anything.

it's kind of annoying - his lil crony, lazy boy steve, (allegedly) got made redundant in march 2024 for asking another servant to clock in for him, b/c he was running late. (angela hs told me that).

then another time, tattletale tom had the nerve to ask "hey! what time did you clock in ?". "12:30". "ok, thank you." b/c i usually start work @ 10 but sometimes scheduled for later in the day. but i am not supposed to tell him when i start work or go for breaks/lunch, in the first place. he was just trying to get me made redundant.

meanwhile, tattletale tom often disappeared from the parking lot for long amounts of time.
