I'm so outside my comfort zone I don't remeber what it looks like. Starting a company is hard enough, let alone doing the dragons den thing evey two weeks. Trying to manage people and code, not to mention the calls with people they keep setting up.
I really jumped in the deep end, I'm not sure if I can handle it, I'm having a little freak out every day; some days that's all I do. Start getting into stoic phylosify to handle it, thought about quoting a few times not. Even tryed to but was talked out of it by the person admining the whole thing. I realy don't want to pass up this chance I was one o 15 selected from 500 and done want to throw that place away.
Has anyone been in a position like this, a realy competitive or high pressure enviornment?

Yes. the art scene -for a few years - which is grounded in networking and nepotism. It was too much for me. I left. I still paint, but I have realised since my dx I cannot cope with the level of contact and communication that is required of me. (I did most from home anyway, but the expectations and requirement to get out there and be "a part of things" was still there. )
Some ASD people may be able to and fantastic if they can.
I couldn't.

I wish to get into game development. I know when (if) I ever do that and are the lead designer it will mean lots of people organising and paperwork and all kinds of things I am bad at. I am not looking forward to it. I hope to join another company first and see how things work, then maybe start working on something on my own at first and hopefully build up from there.

To just be dumped into the middle of it is nasty.

Hrmm perhaps something corny. Pretend you are a robot during "work" hours. Do the work and do that social stuff and don't stress because robots don't stress. Then after you are home and done for the day just let your mind go and just relax.

Also having someone to talk to would be helpful, if its possible. Talk about the work and stuff, it will help you get your head around it.

My current environment isn't that competitive, but I started a business 11 years ago and have to deal with the day to day ramifications of managing the people and the customer issues. Some days are rough - you just have to try to focus on your task list for the day and let the drama of the office settle itself.
