I'm in a hidden/lucrative field. Its one of many dream careers (however the other jobs are very few inbetween and very selective)

I am hoping for any suggestions and the big question is do you admit that you have aspergers to an employer to hopefully let them gain an understanding? Do you do this during an interview or after, if at all?

I've been trying for years to get a job and my longest job was 3 months, average 1 day - 6 weeks and I've been through 8-10 jobs (in other fields that I despise and are not suited to me)

With my current field I never seem to get past work experience (which is like trial work except its non pay)

Any ideas on how to stick an interview and how not to make mistakes particularly on sending emails (which seem to by my one way ticket)

Thanks.
