Emerging Leaders Program

Has anyone worked with the Emerging Leaders Program or even heard about it at all?
You guys should look it up, it sounds very much interesting.

Its sounds like a goverment training program for people with a master degree, it will be a lot of "leadership" stuff in it on how to talk to your self to make yout dick swell. But I think if you can meet there academic and for the avarage studied Aspie worse extra-academic requirments you get secure job in some goverment institution where you cant get fired and harness a little afirmative action for disabled people. So sounds like a nice package for me...
