I'm not sure if disability center is the right word for it, the closest thing I can think of. The place I went to is called the Ottawa Independent Living Resource Center, and it has various services for people like me who are trying to become more independent (meet new people, get new job, I'm sure they would help with a home search too but don't know that 100%). I'm going to practice my job interview skills next week, and by then I hope to have my resume finished. I need help from my mom or sister with that because the dates are fuzzy for me. After that, I'm going to get help finding a part-time job that will suit me.
I wanted help with it because it's overwhelming and I need somebody to give me steps on how to complete this. It's a bit hard because I want to separate myself from my Autism most of the time, but I also want a job, and don't know if I can find one by myself in a reasonable amount of time.

Umm kinda, I went for services in DVR but due to budget cuts I was placed on a waiting list. Then finally 3 months later they got to me but by then I had a job at Safeway that I was nearly messing up. Then they went and helped straighten out things. But after listening in on several an Aspergers parents meetings, it seems that DVR services fall short with what there suppose to do. You have to ask for some stuff. And often times they cant find jobs for people. However DVR got lucky with me cause I already had a job. Finding the job is half the battle. However, right now if all current plans fail, I will likely go back to them to see if they could help me find another job by summer. I'm sick of Safeway and thats not my career goal.

The unemployment office in Germany put me into a specific section due to my disabilities. The counselor there was helpful with things like polishing my resume, even though I found my job via the internet.
