i can't think straight when i'm torqued, i have to be calm and a bit chipper to be effective at anything, and not counterproductive.

Sometimes my anger can be channelled very efectively as long as I am left alone to focus. Anger can definately be turned into something productive. But I don't know if there is a reliable way of doing it other than to just force yourself to focus on working. Sometimes anger can lead me to a shutdown.
