I think the OP is asking for tips on getting your first job. (I could be wrong) This is also something I would like to know, since I recently got turned down for a job I really wanted, had extremely well prepared for and (I thought) did well in the interview, but was turned down because I "would not do well in a leadership position". What I have noticed is that tehy think I am overqualified for positions without leadership aspects, and turned down for those on my level of education because of the leadership aspects... :S On top of that, in this economic climate, they have plenty of people to choose from...
