Does anyone have advice on dealing with Executive Function P
I am new to understanding what all my Aspergers affects. For a long time, I just thought that I was lazy because I would never get started on projects till late, couldn't organize any kind of activity with a friend, and I couldn't even clean up after myself. Now I know that these problems are probably a result of Executive Function Deficit. So, my question is if there are any relatively simple tricks to help my brain along. Also, are there any kind of exercises I can do to improve my executive function long-term? This is probably the root of most of my problems, and a source of a lot of inferiority issues. Just wanted to know if there is anything that I can do to address this problem.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. I run my own business too. I have found two solutions that work for me.
1. I use Evernote. It lets me keep track of absolutely everything in my life. I can even scan all my receipts and save it directly there. Also, I can create a To Do list and save calendar of events, webpages, and emails directly there so that I can see the progression of my projects from start to finish.
2. I got married to a very understanding NT. Sometimes I borrow her executive function.
I will be very interested in what everyone else says.
You're not the first person I've heard mention Evernote as a life organizational tool. I've been wanting to try it, since my organization skills are severely lacking.
