I've mentioned it before in friendly conversation. I mean, don't just throw it out there, but if it comes up, why not?
It's different for me being the boss, but if an employee laughs about me running my hands through my hair or being too focused, I might talk about it lightheartedly. It's fun to talk about all the little neurological quirks we run into every day.
The strangest one was an employee we hired who got lost in a five room building for a half hour. Truth be told, it's probably more difficult to find a true neurotypical. There are lots of parts in your brain to get wired wrong, it just doesn't get diagnosed in most cases!
