I just got hired at a small magazine publisher to do IT troubleshooting, copy writing and editing, and general dotting of i's and crossing of t's. I searched for six months and a week. In this economy and with my challenges, that is pretty darn good. Go me!

Congrats! That sounds like an awesome job, actually. I would love to find a job where I would have the least contact as possible with the public!

If the magazine is hard up for short stories you can ring my bell anytime.

That sounds like a nice job to have. I would love to do copy editing as I have been writing novels in recent years and need to earn some money as I have not written anything ready to send to an agent.

But it seems odd that the job involves IT troubleshooting along with copy editing.
