I just started a job recently and the boss there is not nice. She gives no direction in what to do and just expect u to know what to do.

The job has a charity event coming up in a few weeks and I want to get involved but I don't want her watching me and telling me all the stuff I am doing wrong

She never praises me she just knocks my confidence by saying that not the way u do that

I was talking to one of the employees and she thinks she is a bit bitchy so I am not going mad!

Should I tell her about my Aspergers because right now she probably thinks I just worry a lot but all I need is direction in what to do a few times and then I will get the hang of things.

The job is great and the staff there are lovely it's just her who I can't stand.

The tough thing is this: Many bosses are jerks. I have had plenty of bosses who simply critique with no positive feedback (not getting spoken to is the reward).
The question is: Is telling your boss that you have Asperger's going to help you be more successful? It sounds like your boss treats you like all of the other employees and that you've aligned with them in not liking him.
This might sound weird, but check out an episode of Scrubs called His Story IV (Season 6, Episode 7). It provides some good insight into this issue.
