So I'm 20 years old and had only one job. It was a short job at an RV park for two months last summer. Other than that, I have been jobless. I have been taking classes at my community college but I obviously need some money. Right now I'm just simply trying to get a "simple" minimum wage job to get started. Although it's not that simple for me because I can't even manage to get an interview, especially when it comes to online apps with those stupid personality questionnaires.

If there is anybody that has managed to get into these kind of jobs recently, tell me how you did it.

I can relate completely. After getting out of grad school, it took eight months, and sending out more applications and resumes than I care to think about. It's a matter of sticking with it until you are successful. As an old Japanese proverb says: if you are knocked down seven times, get up eight.

I think those personality tests basically select to distribute jobs to people who metagame. If you don't know what that is click this link to wikipedia which does a good job of explaining it. wikipedia on metagaming So the applicants that choose to say what they want to hear are selected. That is really what I think they are as how do you validate that on a job application when someone has a perverse incentive to say what they want to get the job.

I think I have done a pretty good job of telling these people what they want to hear. I have even looked up the "answers" to these tests. I read that they can detect when someone is trying to "beat the system" or lying on them.

of course they'll say that, and perhaps can in some few hamfisted way.

Some of those are about stealing and other are about making sure you are a very social person who likes to work in a team. Which most aspies are not. I got a job from filling this out right once. I am still confused as to whether they want you to be strong and independent or team based and social.

Anyway i filled one out and actually got a job at a grocery store as a cashier for 3 months but then i moved and had to quit and have been unemployed since.

Minimum wage jobs are actually some of the hardest to get, because since they don't require any qualifications everyone and their mother applies to them. So you have a lot of applicants, with no real way of differentiating them since the jobs typically don't require many skills, so it's like pulling names out of a hat.

Your best bet is just to apply at as many places as you can. I'd recommend applying to every single store and restaurant in your town, and one is bound to call you back.
