So here is the situation,

The Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation sent out a job coach to assess my situation. So far they have not visited me but I did get a call from one of them. I explained to them my situation and he said that he could not come help me because he has a medical condition where he can't be up at night. Now I know he gets a $2,500.00 commission to do this so in my head this means his story is legit.

I started explaining to him my situation: I have graduated from college with a degree and I am ready to move on to my next form of employment. The simple fact of the matter is I am going through burnout, I need to move on to my next level of employment but I need a little help doing it. All I need from the job coach is to observe me for one night on the job, report back to his bosses that I am going through a case of burnout. They will in turn report back to the BVR that it is a case of burnout, and then I along with the job coach and BVR case worker will then proceed to the next step. For me that will be software training provided by the Goodwill.

But then he started to ask me questions about what was going on with me at the job. I told him the problems that I was having. The problems are not disability related but then again they are. I can barely perform at a satisfactory level because I am smarter than this job I am doing. He says he understands and that I should call his supervisor tomorrow morning and tell her what I told him.

I am afraid that the organization that sends out the job coach will hear my situation and tell me there is nothing they can do for me. The reason why is because my problems are due to the fact that I am unsatisfied with what I am doing. The disability makes it difficult for me to take the next step towards my employment goal by myself and I need just a LITTLE GOD DAMN HELP!! ! WHY THE HELL CAN"T THESE PEOPLE BE MORE EFFICIENT.

I LOOOOOOOVE LIVING IN A COUNTRY WHERE SWEET TASTING POISON AND STUPID PEOPLE ARE EVERYWHERE! BUT TO GET REAL HELP TO MAKE YOUR SELF BETTER IS A CHALLENGE FROM THE DEVIL. LOVE IT!!

There could be a lot of legal reasons, not to mention a backlog of people on their list. Plus, by the by, supervisors are often much busier than front line staff. I am one and know it is true.

Plus there might be logistics to declaring burnout you don't know about...or that their process for doing things is in real life different than you describe. Good luck, though.
