I've been with the same IT company for 15 years on Jun 1st. Recently they moved us from our old building into a new office space on the other side of own. That was in Dec. Ok I managed to survive that insanity. But now they have changed our entire ticket system to a new one that is NOTHING like the I have used the last 15 years.
I was once the very best at my job. I could do 3x the work of any other person on the team. My customers loved me.
Today I am at my desk and this is literally a living nightmare from hell!! !! ! I have NO CLUE as to how to do my job. My brain has shut down. I told hem I would try. So I am. But I do not know how to make it. It is like everything is wrong!! ! I actually have been having night terrors about all this junk. It feels like the world as collapsed around my head and crushing me.
To top it off, my therapist is on vacation this week.......
