A few weeks ago I was told by Social Services that I can't cope with work, even only a few hours a week. I don't think this is the case at all; although I've never had a job I did many years of full-time voluntary work and was fine; I loved it and thrived there. I'm trying to get this decision overturned, but there are no procedures for me to follow, no-one to put my case to...no job waiting for me to go to either. I feel that my life has been sabotaged and am wondering if anyone else feels likewise that those who are supposed to be helping them are in fact holding them back.
