My boss keeps saying that that he will "look into it" when I ask for accommodation. I'm thinking of taking the next step and making a formal request with HR. In the past this tactic has gotten me $20K check and my walking papers. Have others had any luck getting their accommodation without destroying all goodwill with the employer? I don't like to hit an employer over the head with the EEOC, but sometimes I feel like I have no choice.
