What compliments do you get at work, especially from your boss?

The most recent compliment I got from my boss is my excellent supply management. That is one of my tasks at work (not the only task). It consists of:
- Designing a form on which colleagues can write down what items they take a way (brand, properties, amount);
- Processing forms that are nearly full and reattach a new empty form;
- Counting items that has been changed (in amount);
- Ordering items by sending a list to the financial manager. He must send the list to the wholesale, which will send the items to my work location;
- If there is an unexpected delay in delivery, contact the financial manager and ask for information;
- Opening delivered packages with new items, and put them in the storage, process the pick list (list of items, article numbers, amount, and the like);
- Put the picklists in a map (maybe not necessary but useful when something goes wrong).

An older compliment is that my current boss find me intelligent and structured.

What compliments do you get from your boss (or from other colleagues)?

I am mainly praised for my memory and attention to detail.
Being a software tester, both come in very handy, and they make me the resident expert on the status and workings of the software we work on, even more than the programmers or the lead designer.
