Husband getting in the way...

Ive been looking for a job for months... then i gave up when a relative offered for us to live cheaper on SSI with him. We agreed, but have not moved yet. My uncle keeps making lots of promices...

anyway, i got called by one of the jobs i applied for... one of my references already got called and she called and told me... guy already trying to upsale job to me, but no interview yet. Job pays really good and is permanent.

Anyway my husband wants to live on SSI with my uncle! He's stuck to me 24-7 and doesn't want to be apart for even part of the day. Uncle thinks it would be great if I had a job.

I want a job, what can I do about hubby?

He does realize his SSI isn't really enough for two people to live on on right? He'll just have to deal with being apart from you for parts of the day while you are at work.

He sounds controlling. Is he controlling in OTHER ways?

I think you should take the job!! He'll whine about it, but he'll get over it.
