Does anybody here work for/utilize Hello Alfred (or a similar service)?

I'm very curious about this.

It would be nice to have someone do my grocery shopping for me, drop off and pick up my dry cleaning, return my library books, take my shoes to the cobbler, and all the other annoying little errands that are necessary but so hard to coordinate with my work schedule. The amount they charge per week seems completely reasonable to me for what they do. On the surface they even seem like they treat their employees well, which I like.

I've heard they outsource to third parties, which I don't like, because I could use those same resources myself, and even a few others- InstaCart, Uber, TaskRabbit, etc. I'd rather pay for the convenience of having one other person doing that sort of thing while knowing they've been vetted in terms of criminal history.

Edited to add: Just checked InstaCart. Apparently they are not available in my area.
