Which is better for you? Working as part of a team in which everyone has such different jobs that it is hard for someone to fill in for someone else. Sorry, you will just have to wait. Our guy who does this is on vacation for a week. Or a job situation in which everyone is basically interchangeable. Like a cashier in a Walmart?

The 3 jobs I had were the interchangeable type. We were kind of shorthanded thou in all 3 of those jobs & I was a very hard worker so I didn't really have to worry about losing my job or anything. I liked working as a team within my department thou like I do one aspect of a task & they do a different one & maybe next time we'll swap the tasks.
