I am hoping to look for a job within the next 4-6 months, if not less. I would like to know the pros and cons of VR and Supoorted Employment, well as their program descriptions and if possible, how do I compare them?
I don't think you can. What is really important is whether you will get a person who understands your expression of autism that is willing to help you.
