Ruminating about whether to stick to current jobs or search
Greetings.
Currently when it comes to work I have two jobs -- invigilating exams for a university (until ~May 2019) and dishwashing at a local stadium (for the 'rest of the season'). The 'less than part time'/'quasi-casual' basis of work, works for me currently--I spend time 'going at my own pace being slow' or 'focusing on my well-being' so to speak.
A part within me (an anxiety?--a nagging?) says that I should spend time looking for a more 'substantiating' form of employment with say part time-ish hours. A part of me would not like to say do that--the 'job searching' process imo takes about ~2 months and entails attending to various tasks which are somewhat stressful; maybe in August with a different 'labor market' I would be more open/keen on that.
In a sense currently, I am in a position where I 'don't stress to much' / 'am settled' ...but I know/realize I am not 'going anywhere (career-wise)' doing such jobs, hence maybe I should 'embrace/take advantage' of seeking out more substantiating work?.
I don't know.
I'd have to recommend looking at your resume and seeing how much stability it demonstrates. In view of your young-ish age, it's possible you don't have multiple years at any one thing, so sticking with what you have DOES improve your resume if that is the case.
In other words, employers want to see that a prospective employee will stick with a job more than a few months. That's because it's expensive and disruptive to hire someone and lose them fairly soon.
As a rough rule of thumb (it's only a generality, NOT an absolute!), it's good to demonstrate a minimum of one full year at an employer on your resume. And I've heard if you have not had a promotion in five years, they say you should look for a different job since you are not continuing to grow in skills and seniority.
This job stability factor is not as universal as it once was - for instance, in computer jobs, people do job hop all the time - but it gives you some insight into what employers look for.

I think you should stick with the jobs you are doing. As and when you feel able have a think about other things that you could add to your life if you feel you are not getting anywhere but does it have to be job related. Other things can bring a sense of achievement without the same stresses, hobbies, volunteering ect.
I tried to improve my job prospects for a long time and now wish I had put that effort into what was always more important to me, my writing, but couldn't write because work stressed me out so much. Now that I work max 16hrs a week I am able to do that. Maybe I will earn a living as a writer maybe not, but I managed to dodge a breakdown.
Think about what balance will work best for you and your mental health.
