My work schedule starts at 3pm and ends at midnight. I usually go home, walk my dog, and go straight to bed so I can get up somewhere between 9 and 10 am. Lately my managers have been bugging us to take our computers home with us and work overtime at home. This wouldn't be a problem if I was working a normal 8-5 shift, but the end of my workday marks the end of my day overall, and I'm always too tired to do anything besides go to bed when I get home. But my managers are getting more and more upset when I tell them no, I don't want to do overtime tonight. And no, they won't let me get up in the morning and do my overtime before coming to the office, either.

What do you guys recommend? Screw up my sleep schedule when I'm probably too tired to do a good job anyway, or get a good night's sleep at the cost of pissing off my manager?

Neither. Declare you have a medical condition that makes working overtime destructive to your well-being. Get your doctor to back you up on this. You don't have to name the medical condition. Your reasonable accommodation is that you must not work more than 40 hours a week. Easy peasy.
