I am currently in a metro area, but it is very religious so there are no religious meetups on Saturday or Sunday and for how large it is it seems like it does no have enough specialties (like electronic parts stores), but at least it does have baseball. However I have started taking classes here for Computer Science and afterwards move near Silicon Valley. I have a mentor in Sacramento who I get along with and was thinking of maybe visiting (again) to see if I like it more out there and then maybe relocate to Sacramento but work in Silicon Valley. Is Silicon Valley a good place for those with Aspergers?

They have a huge housing shortage. May not be a good idea to move their unless you have already have a job lined up that will cover housing expenses.

California "at will" employer

In some situations it is a good thing move to silicon valley

Every situation is different

Every situation contains a lot of aspects

Some aspects you can't measure, control or predict

The answer of whether you should move somewhere, depends on many factors

Your post does not contain enough information to answer the question

Housing and rent are extremely expensive.

They may offer you a real good salary and benefits package if your special interests exactly match what they need at the moment.

I am in the same boat, just replace Silicon Valley with Seattle.

Better get hired by Silicon Valley while living elsewhere. With the lockdowns, Computer Science engineers smoothly switched to remote work and part of it may remain afterwards.
Anyway, secure a job before you move. From what my husband says about Santa Clara, people either live in "tiny cabins with even tinier gardens" or have pain in the ass of commuting. Living there is absurdly expensive.

Commuting from Sacramento to Silicon Valley is not good for people with Asperger's. It might be ok if you get hired by one of the companies that provide buses for their employees, but there will still be traffic and the commute would still be long. The SF Bay Area is crowded, there are always lots of cars on the road, and people don't drive very safely. There's also a housing shortage in Sacramento.
