They've decided they no longer want to interview me. However, they will be in touch if a different more suitable position opens up.

I really wish the system wasn't so broken. Right now it feels as though a lot of employers don't respect their potential employees time. Certainly it's an odd one to go from being 'happy to interview' me to 'we've looked over your credentials again and changed our minds'. Frankly I'd prefer to hear 'we've found someone for this position and are no longer conducting interviews', or some constructive feedback. I get it though, I'm just one applicant out of many.

Still, it would be nice to get to the interview stage without some sort of complication. I'm just so tired of being stuck in this system.
