Been working at home Depot for almost four years. Pushing carts in the parking lot. Plenty of reckless drivers. Almost get hit by a car a couple of times a day. Drivers and other ass holes have the nerve to laugh at me. Rude lil boys. (Rolls eyes). ("Customer always right", freedom of speech). Those lil dips**ts have way too many "rights". "Be aware of your surroundings" is better than otherwise but not good enough because of the way those ret*ds drive. There are only five senses: seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and taste. I don't have eyes in the back of my head. And there are only so many different things you can pay attention to at any given time. s**t

Litterbox at work under remodel. They put in a trailer with litterboxes instead. Men's litterbox: two toilets and three urinals. First time I went there I tried and failed to defecate. Hot temperature, loud, trembling, uncomfortable. It looked clean but things are not always the way they look s**t. 82f not absolutely hot but whatever. The dudes remodeling the litterbox, made a lot of noise and you could hear it from the locker room and the training room, s**t

Last Thursday, had a job interview for Delivery Driver. 5 miles from my house but it ends after 9pm and the bus pretty inconvenient at that time. Did not go to job interview.

This Friday, scheduled a job interview for paper picker

Coast guard base called me about a job interview for childcare.

It is so f*****g hard to find a job and not get made redundant s**t

today a car was screeching through the parking lot way too fast. (maybe the driver just stole some merchandise. i don't know). and i had to sprint out of the way otherwise i would've gotten hit by a car.

love my "job". only things i do not like:
reckless drivers
extreme weather
day laborers
entitled customers
lazy coworkers
litterbox out of order
walkie talkie
not being able to wear sweatpants
not allowed behind the building anymore

other than that, i like:
dress code
not having to take a shower over 2 years
not having to talk to anyone that much
walking a lot

Is there a specific route you can take that will put you out of the way of unruly motorists?

Soc of autism

Carts could be anywhere

There is no good path, although some paths might less wrong than others

Just today almost got hit by a car. Went over to a customer in the parking lot to tell him that I could not load his merchandise because I have a doctor's note and then started going toward the building to tell the head cashier and the car on the way over almost hit me and I screamed.

Adam W had the nerve to interrogate me about it

Some precious lil "people" talk way too much

in the parking lot, there is no "correct way" to drive, and no way to enforce it. there are cops on "standby" @ all times, but nobody is enforcing parking limits or speeding limits or stop signs or anything like that. drivers get away with driving however they want.

Have not almost gotten hit by a car since the write up

Still obsessed with it though

Just one "touch" and I could be in a wheelchair for the rest of my "life", and plenty of drivers and day laborers have the nerve to laugh at me. Disrespectful and rude and I can't do anything about it. They have "freedom of speech". (Rolls eyes)

Things like that make me wanna quit my "job"

(former) lazy boy steve (plumbing/hardware/lot) said that he got hit by a car while he was on his scooter in 2020 or 2021. later, he transferred to Lot Attendant. he didn't seem to obsessed or phobic about getting hit by a car, even after he got hit by a car.

(former) head cashier jim said that tattletale tom got in a "hit and run" car crash. the next day, tattletale tom was still at work. tattletale tom didn't seem obsessed with getting hit by a car. not only that, but only two weeks later, tattletale tom had the nerve to put on his "drywall incident" temper tantrum.

it appears that i am the only one obsessed with getting hit by a car.

the time that i almost got hit by a car in May 2025, the driver had the nerve to mock me. i was screaming and she had the nerve to imitate me. she acted like it was the funniest thing in the world. it's one thing if she didn't "care" if she hit me with a car, but that idiot actively acted like it was funny. rude and disrespectful. and the sucker right next to her was laughing out loud too. home depot tends to attract the rudest customers and employees. (i should've crossed in front of the car instead of behind, but all i was thinking about was going to tell the head cashier that a customer over there wanted loading assistance. i wasn't thinking straight. i crossed behind the car - just one car - that just happened to be backing out during those 3 seconds - coincidence - that i was crossing behind it.)

deep in thought

there is no guarantee that something like that won't happen again.

the parking lot contains so many distractions - and annoying precious lil "people". sooner or later i will keep getting almost hit by a car, or get hit by a car. it's a constant struggle. "pay attention to your surroundings" is correct but not specific enough. the parking lot contains way too many things that i just "have" to pay attention to. (rolls eyes)

risk versus reward

if i don't get hit by a car, "whooptie do". when i do get hit by a car, it's like *doomsday*.

(rolls eyes)

(puke)

been applying to jobs but nobody's hiring me.
