Six years in security...trying to leave

It has been a good run here and I started at 24. That being said, the god awful winter storm in Missouri has made me realize they dont really care about us and so I am looking for something new. I would not be against doing security elsewhere but it definitely cannot be a f*****g 24-7 operation. I am sick of being seen on the same level as a CNA or hospital worker (its a tech building...not in a hospital or a power plant pr something) without the pay, benefits or even accommodations in a worst case scenario. It is making me drink more and quite frankly I want to f*****g OD on opiods sometimes because of thks job. Idk what to do.
