Im an anomaly in that I have Aspergers but have been successful in sales

My friend has been tinkering with computers for years and works in i.t

He enjoys doing back end stuff more. I’m looking for a service we could give businesses that will help them and probably haven’t implemented. I’ll do the selling he’ll set it up

Got any ideas?

If you have a plan and if it's a good business idea, go for it.
If you don't, forget about it.

Do you know any business owners? If so, ask them what their biggest headaches are, that they wish could be solved via a computer program or via the Internet. Also, ask them what annoys them about whatever software or Internet-based services they are currently using.

Weekend/after hours coverage may be desired by some businesses that are short of staff.

If you can teach people how to do things (classes), that is desired. Most people in my office do not seem to be using ChatGPT and that makes them less productive than people that do. Simply showing them all how to use ChatGPT is a class in itself. $99/head.

Servicing printers is needed.

Building a massive workstation that can e.g. run stable diffusion to generate AI images in the office - you can sell these machines. I would also offer maintenance contracts.

I don't know whether a two man team can compete that well against established businesses in the community. Even getting your foot in the door is a big hurdle to jump. The main new concepts are AI and image generation. These are huge and businesses will shell out money for them. I am not sure why a business would want their own workstation when they can rent cloud services, but some may for various reasons, and wealthy people will have their own reasons.
