Massage therapist

Wow I can't see how you could stand to touch people all day. I can barely even talk to my boss. But anyway I did Vinyl Siding for about 2 years. That was a fun job, I love to measure and cut stuff and see the siding go up the wall. Now I work in a cabinet shop while I am in college so I don't have to deal with the elements. Same deal just cutting and building with some random cleaning. Hands on stuff like this has really worked out for me. I can focus on my work and don't ussually have to deal with anyone. My first job was working at Wal-Mart as a cart pusher. I absolutly hated it and quit a few months later. I would cringe when I had to give the greeters breaks and I did not get along with the lazy ass highschoolers that I worked with.

Strangely, its ok, cause i dont have to really interact with people. I get to move around, dont have to sit at a desk, and during a massage few people like to talk, so it works for me. What doesnt is when i work for a company though. Ive ended up working for myself. Runnig the business part is the hardest for me, keeping track of paper work, filing taxes etc.

Self-employed holistic therapist. Otherwise, I am pretty unemployable. One day, I may realize my dream of being a self-employed scientist, supported by my organization somehow.

I do massage as well as other therapies, as I really enjoy the physical workout. And for many years, I just couldn't bear the thought of it, it would have been too much. Numerous lovers later, I became desensitized to the idea. Now I see bodies as fascinating machines to be fixed, and I can really get into fixing them right down to the most minute details, read all about their condition afterwards and really get into it, get so much satisfaction with results, you get the picture!

It's great to meet another, Jade. I too find the paperwork and accounts a nightmare btw.

I loved my job but I move around often and I'll go back to work as soon as I become more stable.

Logistics as a trade.
Remodeling and building as a hobby. Heavy carpentry. It's expensive as I'm clumsy (it's amazing what doctors can put back together and physical therapist can make work again).

So far we all build and/or fix.
