I start morning shift

Tomorrow I start morning shift finally. I was supposed to start last month on the 26th but the guy my boss hired decided to quit before he started because he found a better job he said so my boss called me the day before and told me I am going to have to work afternoons for another week but I knew she meant swing shift. But I didn't believe it because I knew it be more than a week. I found it impossible she hire another houseperson in less than a week and the fact she told me I start next week when she offered me the position but instead it took about three weeks so that's why i didn't believer her when she told me she is going to have me work afternoons for another week.
