Lack of Motivation

Due to problems(nothing too extreme) at the "specialist" college I went to I was told I had to leave. This was May last year, there was a place i would have loved to have worked at in the same city but it closed in October 2008. The problem Im having is getting into the mindset of work. Sometimes I'm really geared up for it but other times I really cant get into that mode.

Any suggestions?

It does not sound like you need to work. If you were cold and hungry, you would be more motivated.

Or find another game room or Internet cafe.

I think it was only because the thread sounded like just another one of those 'woe is me' type of threads that are fairly common. Jazz up the thread title a little and you'll get some interest. This is the Internet so it's kind of like 'media' in a strange way.

I think lack of motivation comes from not believing there will be a difference or positive outcome or reward for your efforts.
