I occasionally watch the Discovery Channel show Dirty Jobs, and found myself fascinated with this one job featured on the show. Basically, the job involves going into a building slated for demolition and tearing out various fixtures and walls by hand. This typically means beating on walls and ripping up ceilings in order to (I think) recycle materials used in the furnishing and make it easier for the people who will actually blow up the building to set the charges once the structure is reduced to a concrete-and-steel shell. I'm given to understand that this job is very stress-relieving. In case anyone is wondering, yes, these people get paid to cause punch holes in walls with sledgehammers. :D

Drywall has fiberglass, insulation is fiberglass... whats above the florescent lighting? Fiberglass no doubt. Not to mention the contaminates in the building - cock roach infestations, rats, cats ...

You'd go home smelly and feeling itchy due to being covered in microscopic glass shards.

"Dirty..."

The psychological benefits can't be denied, though.
