Actually, is it ok if someone go find a job by saying, "i am not skilled in that job, but i am willing to learn and take lesser salary"??

Will people hire an unskilled worker with lesser salary?

Some employers do and some employers do not. It is a hit or miss proposition.

As for not having skills, is there a way to obtain the skills without your employer having to train you, say through school or on your own? Also, is this a job you want to be doing for the rest of your life?

Why not try looking for companies who specifically offer internships?
