You should not have been worrying anyway.
Worry won't change things, only stress you out.
There are lots of people with aspergers who live healthy, productive, even brilliant lives.
Most of the best minds in history were aspie minds.
Focus on the positives.
2.5 is too young for a proper diagnosis and in any case, the condition usually presents quite differently in girls.
Forget it until she starts school. The teachers will let you know if there's anything wrong - and there will still be plenty of time for effective early intervention.
In the meantime, just relax and enjoy your time with your daughter before she grows up.
