I agree that NAS could be a good resource and they may be able to offer assistance and guidance. They may also be able to direct you to more useful services in your own area.

I've recently registered with an organisation called Sleep Scotland. I'll contact them tomorrow if I can, and ask if there is an equivalent organisation in England.

Does your brother go to school or work? Does he get any exercise during the day? If he's bored during the day, it will be difficult to sleep at night. If you exercise the body, the brain will want to sleep and it's a good way to clear your mind of anxiety.

If he stays at home all day, you might try to find a job's program in your area.
