Language Deteriorating at Primary School Age?

my language is deteriorating at age 14 and im not really worried about it cuz i don't have to talk much. as long as someone can understand me i figure im ok. besides, i can still write just as good as anyone. my problem is with sound of my voice and tone, which is a different matter too. i think i am losing my ability to talk because i rarely use spoken language.
