They aren't new. Just he's never acted this way before until now. Like he's been keeping it and trying to hold on as long as he could, but he's finally began to show frustration.


I have only read a few of your posts, but if I understand right you are the older brother of a kid with AS? Or are you the Parent...?

Regardless, some of this sounds like what happened to me back in Middle/High school. I had a similar situation when I had trouble from bullies and the teacher told my parents "Boys will be boys" (I don't think I have ever seen my Dad look that PO'ed)... for me at least it got better (I went from hating school to liking college) but the place he is at now can be very very tough. Is there anyway for him to get an special educational assistant (or whatever they call them now?) to work with him out of class?

Older brother.

That's what the counselor was for. But that seems to be going so well. :roll:

I hate school and college. But yeah. I think it's been hard for my dad. He works later and has less time to for school matters or problems like this.
