I'm not sure how old you are, but I'd bide my time and follow ASDMommyASDKid's advice and find a way to become independent of your family if and when you are able. You're family sounds a lot like mine in some respects. They are always going to be right, and you're never going to get that validation you seem to be looking for from them. For now, because of the fact you are a dependent, you just have to bite the bullet and follow house rules.
Focus on education, and finding a path to financial independency. The only way you'll be treated with any respect or consideration sometimes is being on equal footing. At the very least, finding resources that allow you to function outside the family unit.

But even when I try and help everyone, it's a problem. Maybe I'll go out more. Idk I have really bad time going out places as I don't really have much money and we don't live that close to anything. I am 18, by the way - as it says in my original post.

That might be a good idea. I used to head to the local parks, and wander the town when I was able. Sometimes just having the extra space/quiet can help a lot.
