A man exposed himself to my daughter!

Isn't it possible the man might have thought your daughter was older? My brothers are in high school but everyone thinks they are older than they really are. I can remember on my 19th birthday, my family and I were eating at a restaurant in Banth Canada and this waiter asked my brother what college he was going to and he said he was still in high school. And he was going to be a sophomore that year.
When I was 20, I worked at Best Western and there was this cute guy I liked. He had no facial hair of course so that’s what I liked about him and one day when I called him cute behind his back, the employees started laughing and my assistant manager said he is only fifteen and boy did I back off and no longer was interested in him and had desire to date him but everyone told me it was okay because I can easily pass off as being a teenager because I look younger than my age. I would have been really insulted if I was called a pervert because I didn’t know he was underage. When a child hits their teen years, it’s really tough to know how old they are. When I was in my early teens, people thought I was sixteen or seventeen and when I reached that age finally, people thought I was in my early twenties. I’m sure there were young men then who looked at me and checked me out and didn’t even know I was still a child.

The guy EXPOSED himself to her! It doesn't matter how old she looked. It was still inappropriate behavior.

Well how is he supposed to know how old she is? How is he supposed to know she was still a minor? I wouldn't call him a pervert for doing that because he might not have realized she was still under age. If she were twelve years old or ten or nine, then it be a different story because they don't look even close to being in their twenties or late teens, eighteen and nineteen years old. This is why I don't judge others by jumping to comnclusions when they do something.
And I thought autistic people aren't judgemental. I guess you guys don't have that positive trait.

I guess you really don't get it. Anyone who exposes their genitalia in public to another person, regardless of their age, sex, race or religion, is committing a lewd act which is against the law. This has nothing to do with being judgmental. The fact is the man committed an unlawful act, and YES, he is a pervert.
