Lying and aggression from 15 yr old - is this the Aspergers?
You were talking about taking away his computer privileges. My question is what does he use his computer for. You mentioned that you encouraged him to get on Aspie chat-lines and boards but he does not want to have anything to do with them. You mentioned that he loves computer games. There are many types of computer games. Some of these are very violent. So what type does he play and perhaps his aggressiveness is related to the type of games he is playing!

Yes hes never bothered to get involved in apsie chat etc.
He plays all sorts. Strategy and things like call of duty etc. Yes I know now probably bad idea to allow this.
I think we're going to timetable it a bit. i.e. Access at certain times only NOT "All the time" like he has now.

I suspect the problem is the type of games he is playing rather than the fact that he is playing computer games in general. There are many non-violent games. You might restrict his access to only non-violent games.
"Call of Duty" is a first person shooter game. It is definitely violent.
Examples of games of a non-violent nature are SimCity, Lemmings, Mario Sports. This is a link to a website that lists some of these games. Nonviolent Video Games
But there are probably many, many more. So if you decide to allow him some game time, you might restrict his access to the nonviolent kind. If you take this approach, you might have to become a software administrator for his computer. An administrator is someone who can make changes on a computer that will affect other users of the computer. Administrators can change security settings, install software and hardware, access all files on the computer, and make changes to other user accounts. That would prevent him from loading and installing software on his computer behind your back.

Strategy games....
It is possible the series of games called "Simsig" from Cajon rail may be a possible avenue to explore.
there is strategy involved, as the game involves running a simulation of an actual power signal box with an actual timetable, taking the role of signaler (dispatcher ? in US terminology) and keep it all running to time.
