I know a parent of a 23 year old girl who seems to have a problem with keeping a job and other things.

Asperger Syndrome isn't the problem, but the parents don't know what it is.

Is there some other neurotypical problem that girls can have that isn't Asperger Syndrome?

Maybe it's just that she's 23. Lots of kids flounder in their early 20s -- like it's their last hurrah before they become Responsible Grown-up People.

Oh my, I know several girls and guys at this age that fit that bill myself included. I had like 16 jobs by the time I was 22 and even got into minor scrapes with the law. I know my parents were probably going nuts but they bailed me out anyway.
I think i turned out okay for the most part.

I know a guy who can't keep a job for more than a month. His problem? Pride. He cannot bear to have someone tell him what to do.
