What does "skills training" for aspies consist of?

I'm 47, haven't been diagnosed yet,
so I don't know about the training that is availble.
Where does one go after being diagnosed and
what does such a training
consist of? :?

I would suggest that after you have your diagnosis firmly in hand that you start with your state's vocational rehabilitation program.
