Is that a brand name for Risperidone? I searched but couldn't find Risset. Antipsychotics like Risperidone often have a side effect of Akathisia, which can be described as an inner restlessness.

According to the Internet, the drug Risperidone is sold as Risset in some counties. Above is a Wikipedia article about Risperidone.
