I don't know how you feel about the whole DAN doctor thing, some are opposed to some of their methods, but the book "Special Needs Kids Eat Right" has some good info in it though it is written by a DAN doc. I don't subscribe to the DAN methods, but I still got something out of it. I'm usually a "take what you like and leave the rest" type.

Look up this subject in your library or google. There is a variety of books written on the subject. I found this one in my library;
The Autism & ADHD Diet: A Step-by-Step Guide to Hope and Healing by Living Gluten Free and Casein Free (GFCF) and Other Interventions [Paperback]

I liked it... it depends on what you are looking for.

I do realize that there are tons of books available. I am looking for the wisdom and guidance of the members here at Wrong Planet. I would like a book that's not too "far out" but one that has some good basic principles for a diet that would be helpful. We do feel that probiotics have been a help Thanks- Paul.
