Hi Father - I am in No. Cal and tried to go through the MIND Institute. They were full and not accepting to their wait list. I never even got far enough along to learn of cost.

Good luck!

I would assume it's on their website? Or you could just go there, and ask?

I am afraid that this may be too big of a question for anyone here to be able to address for you. I would suspect that there are people at those institutions whose job it is to help people figure out answers to questions like this. I would encourage you to contact these institutions directly and find out if there is a representative who can help you navigate the basics and come to some ball park figure of what it will cost. There are many variables involved. Are you in CA? Have you contacted the Regional Center?

father, if your child was born here they are entitled to the same services as any other citizen...which doesn't help you with insurance, but may help you with free services provided by the state and by autism service organizations. Autism Speaks has a database here that you may want to check, you may find an advocate who can better help you: http://www.autismspeaks.org/resource-gu ... e_value=CA

The best way to get pricing for treatment at these clinics is to contact them.

Many health insurance companies actually don't...or didn't used to cover treatment at these clinics, so they are rather up front about their pricing. Frequently they will work with people on these issues.
