Again, a link - today we were in the car and happened on this broadcast about Middle Schools. I plan to listen to it all the way through with DS tomorrow (I may skip one bit that's a narration from a book, mostly because it doesn't apply well to our situation.)

I think it's good for kids on the spectrum to know that all kids are flustered and struggling with social skills at this age. This is a nice way to show it. You may want to preview and only have them listen to parts of it, but I especially liked the reporters' interviews of kids during a school dance. Great starting point for a conversation about social skills in general.
