So far, I am taking:

Omega-3/fish oil
Choline bitartrate
Vitamin C
Niacin
2 Nootropic substances (aniracetam and noopept)

I know for a fact that the first two and the last one have had a great effect (getting rid of dry eyes and headaches, for example). Is there anything I should be adding to this to reduce brain inflammation and promote healing? I definitely had the horrible headaches associated with inflammatory autism my entire life. Now, they are mostly (though not exclusively) gone.

Choline is pretty cool by the way: http://bja.oxfordjournals.org/content/1 ... 1.abstract

I am going to recommend two sites for you, where you can search up someone who's looked into the science of all different kinds of interventions. First is Emily Willingham http://www.emilywillinghamphd.com/

Second was provided by a member here, it's a UK research site where they look at all the different interventions and rate them: http://researchautism.net/autism_treatm ... tions.ikml

One word - turmeric. I take this for bowel issues and my mum takes it for chronic inflammatory sciatica. It really works for both of us. Side effects are rare, but you have to be careful, just like with anything else. You can just add it to your food as a spice, if that's possible, or you can take it as a supplement.
