Thanks for posting this! I am working in a program for young adults with AS and most (if not all) of them have poor EF skills...but resources on this are very scant. This is very clear and to the point...thank you so much :)

Given a “tentative” diagnosis as a child as I needed services at school for what was later correctly discovered to be a major anxiety disorder.

This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

It totally is! I've been 'addicted' to productivity and all related subjects for the past fifteen years. Last week I told myself to stop fiddling. I'm slowly releasing all the restricting thinking patterns, and looking at something this basic is really helpful, actually.
