If you're like me, you've probably read most of the major books out there about autism, reward systems, handling difficult behavior, etc. I was expecting this book to be more if the same, but was surprised to find it really had some new insights to offer:

No Fighting, No Biting, No Screaming: How to Make Behaving Positively Possible for People With Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities by Bo Hejlskov Elven

At first I thought it was all just accommodate, accommodate, accommodate, but when I stuck with it into the later chapters, it was like a lightbulb went on and I understood much better when to accommodate and how to work on the issues.
